Patchwork Card using Stampin Up's "Country Floral 3D

Hello and Welcome,

I am so happy to be showing you this card, it turned out so perfectly, and is so sweet. And I also love that this could be made using any embossing folder that you have available in your stash.

The card is really easy to make, and the hardest thing about it is the die-cutting and embossing those squares. The colouring is so easy and its one of those jobs that could be done in front of the TV. 

The happy, bright colours are great on this card. It reminds me of Spring!

Today's CASE card is from the magnificient Magnolia Lane Suite, which can be located in the Stampin Up's Annual Catalogue on pages 36 - 39. The card I have chosen today can be found on page 36. 

This card is so soft and pretty with its beautiful pinks, greens and browns. This is an extra special card with layers, and definately a card to give to a very special person.

I am taking part in GDP#199 today, and the theme is:

What a great theme, so I knew I just had to take part, so "Crafting Forever" stamp set came to mind straight away, let's see what I created!!!

Keeping the colour scheme to minimal, I have stayed with Pink, White, Black and Silver. I wanted ink splats on the card, and hoping they don't look too much like blood, crafting is not bad for your health!!!

Today's card is one of those cards that can be changed to either a masculine or a feminine card, but for my card today, I stuck with  masculine.

Colour combo on this card is Balmy Blue, Night Of Navy and Whisper White, and the white embossed anchors onto Night Of Navy cardstock is striking!

Heat Embossing is always such a great effect, and really makes the anchors pop on this card ( ooh, and they are literally popping off the page - hahaha)

Today I am taking part in a challenge this week, and I absolutely love doing sketch challenges.

When seeing this sketch I knew straight away I wanted to use the "Stitched Lace" Die, and I am really loving the Host Stamp Set "Believe You Can" too. So teaming this up with this sketch, this is what I came up with!

The Stitched Lace die is so intricate and detailed that gives the card a very elegant feel. The colour combo is Sahara Sand, Pool Party, and Blackberry Bliss. Stunning!!!

The flowers can be found in the set called "Believe You Can" from the Host Section of the Stampin Up Annual Catalogue, and this is such a versatile stamp set, that I keep pulling out again and again to use.

The old olive stamping onto Soft Sea Foam card is so pretty, and the Gold Pearls create a pretty background.

Oh my, I have an amazing card for you today. The "Bird Ballad" DSP is so beautiful and easy to create the most gorgeous cards.

And the best part of this card is that it it super quick and easy to make, with very little stamping (except the sentiment and background) and it is so pretty.

Look at those birds!! Now you could stamp and colour them in, but these are simply fussy cut from the DSP.

Today's card is CASEd from pg 79 on Stampin Up's Annual Catalogue, and uses two stamp sets "Beautiful Day" and the "Strong and Beautiful".

The big bold image of the butterfly is perfect for a little watercolouring, and but heat embossing the image the water is nicely controlled in the image.

Although this is not a colour combo I would have came up on my own, Rococo Rose, Daffodil Delight, and Old Olive, but will admit this card looks good!

Today I am taking part in a Blog Hop with fellow Demonstrators from around the globe, who are  taking part in business training. I am so happy for you to be here, and I hope you enjoy the rest of the hop!

I like to create little boxes for treats for my customers, and this little box has some yummy gumballs.

This box measures 2 5/8 x 2 1/4 x 2" and is a nice little treat holder. The box is made in Calypso Coral, and the Stampin Blends make very easy work of colouring the label.

I have coloured the label and just created a little highlight with the dark blend, but you could definately do a little blending with the Stampin Blends. Because these were my customer thank you gifts, I didn't want to create too much work, but still wanted to create a little gift showing a lot of love!

Today's CASE card comes from the Annual Catalogue on page 15. This sweet card is so quick and easy to put together, and really showcases the magnificent Designer Series Paper in this suite.

As you can see there is not a lot of work involved in this card, but it is so pretty. 

The sentiment is the only stamping, and the card is jazzed up with the ribbon on the side and a few scattered sequins.

Today's card is using another set that has carried over into the Annual Catalogue. I am so happy that it has, especially as the "Lovely As A Tree" has now retired, and you know we need a great tree set!

There is a bit of a mix of carry over items and some new items used for this card, and I am totally getting into the greens! And the Garden Lane DSP has the best mix of greens, with lot's of patterns to choose from.
