10 card samples using the "Simple Stamping" Technique.

Hello Friends,
And welcome to another month with the Global Monthly Video Hop, there are amazing Demonstrators from around the world taking part each month to inspire your creativity.

August's theme is  "Simple Stamping", and I am excited to see what everyone creates, this is so much harder to create simple cards than it sounds. But once I started, I created 10 cards - WOW!

VIEW VIDEO TUTORIAL HERE

Simple Stamping is creating with Stamps, Ink & Paper. Thankfully it doesn't mean you =can't have layers, phew.... That would make it too hard (although I did create one of those cards too)

Let's take a look at all 10 Simple Stamping cards closer.

Card has been stamped with the Sweet Citrus stamp set.

This single layer card uses the Sweetest Cherries stamp set and I used the masking technique to stamp the cherries in this cute cane basket.

This card has been stamped onto a Basic White card using the Hello Kiwi stamp set, and a dark card base.

Very similar card to the Kiwi card, although this card base is Basic White, and a Blackberry Bliss card matting, again this raspberry stamp comes from the Hello Kiwi stamp set.

This card looks like I have just used the card base to stamp on, but I have used a Basic White matting card which adds a little elegance to the card. This card I just played with a fun colour combo of Melon Mambo, Coastal Cabana & Fresh Freesia.

Adding a little scrap of card behind your stamped layer creates a fun little detail, its not completely matted just enough to draw the eye.

Did you realise you could use the Sweet Citrus bundle to create coconuts? This is such a cute card. Stamping two coconuts and leaves onto the Basic White matting, stamping another coconut and flowers that I fussy cut and added to the card.

Just LOVE these limes, the Sweetest Citrus stamp set can create so many fruits!!!!

I have used the Berry Harvest background stamp for this card, I did mask a section from my card before stamping so I could stamp a sentiment in that space. The sentiment totally stands out on this card.

The last card I have teamed up the Sweet Citrus stamp set with the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper, although this is the only card I have used DSP on, this deign worked so well with my fruit theme, so I couldn't resist.

Do you have a favourite??? Please leave me a comment and let me know, did my hubby get it right?
I would have chosen differently but what do you think?
