Christmas In July - Fun Fold Card!

 

Hello Friends,

This week's challenge theme is CHRISTMAS! I don't think it can ever be too early to start, the season certainly creeps up on us so quickly.

I created the Real Red card at my teams ( The Inky Stamper's) monthly craft and chat get together. And after sharing the card on my live, a few people asked for the measurements, so here we are.

Creating A Tri Fold Angled Card!

And welcome to another month with the Global Monthly Video Hop, there are amazing Demonstrators from around the world taking part each month to inspire your creativity. 

May's theme is  "Fancy Fold", and I am excited to see what everyone creates, because fancy or fun folds are always exciting.

This card has been created with the Taco Fiesta stamp set which can be found in the Annual Catalogue, its such a fun set and I love how the card turned out.

Creating your own Designer Series Paper is so easy to do, and you can stamp using any stamp set for different looks.

I created this sample card using Old Olive for the front focal piece, then in my video I changed it up slightly, by using Granny Apple Green card & adding in the Ivory Stampin Blend when colouring, let me know which one you prefer.

I love the brighter Granny Apple Green as the focal piece, and by fully colouring in the avocado in, it looks so much more realistic.

Creating a Double Flap Card using the Regency Park Suite!

  Hello and Welcome Friends,

I have a great card for you today using a great Suite in the Mini Catalogue, "Regency Park". This suite can be found on pages 30 - 31. This card is just one of the tutorials in the Simple Suite Stampers Bundle for February.

I had very little of this suite when I created this card, I did have the Cane Weave Embossing Folder and DSP, but I have since purchased the ribbon and Petal Park bundle.

The Regency Park DSP really looks so much more beautiful in person than the catalogue. It has a textured look that is just Stunning.

This card has an easy but interesting opening with the double flap opening. Looks fancy but is so simple.
