Stampin Up's "Painted Poppies" Bundle Card!

Hello and Welcome,

Today's CASE card is from page 26 of the Mini Catalogue, using the Painted Poppies Bundle. This CASE card is a little different from the catalogue, I have put a little spin on it, but still looks pretty similar!

Starting with a Thick Whisper White card base, I have added the DSP (this pattern is so pretty) can you see the die cut poking out from behind the stamped image?

The Poppy image has been stamped with the Stampin Write Markers (Real Red and Old Olive), sentiment has been Heat Embossed with White Embossing Powder.

Blueberry Bushel Treat Box!

Hello and Welcome,

Today is a little bit of a last HOORAY to Blueberry Bushel. It is a In Color that is Retiring, and I will say, I am a little sad to see it go, and will miss all the 2018 - 2020 In-Colors.

I have used DSP, Ribbon, Embellishments, Card and Ink on this project, all of which are retiring...

This treat box measures 1 3/4 x 5 x 1" and can hold a lot of different things, I have put some lollies in mine, and it held a decent amount of them.

The tag has been created with the Peaceful Moments Bundle which can be found on page 25 of the Mini Catalogue.

How to Create a Spotlight Technique Card!

Hello and Welcome,

Today's card is using the "Spotlight Technique". This is where a section or multiple sections are die cut and popped up with dimensionals.

The " Painted Poppies " stamp set is what I decided would look fantastic highlighted using this technique, and I also wanted to make this card a little fun, so went with the bight, happy, Flirty Flamingo to bring in a little colour.

There is something so striking with Black, White and a Bright Colour! Especially when you add a little shine from Heat Embossing the sentiment. This very simple card, is also a card that looks like you have put in a lot of effort too.

I hope you have enjoyed today's Technique card, I will be back tomorrow with another great card. I hope you will be able to join me then too.

Until Next Time,

Stampin Up's "Peaceful Poppies" Sympathy Card!

Hello and Welcome,

Peaceful Poppies DSP is one beautiful pack of Designer Series Paper. It was also my inspiration for today's card. It is so pretty, that  I wanted it to take the Spotlight!

This is my original, I decided to change up slightly in my video, and love the way it turned out.

The difference of having the Granny Apple Green showing through is amazing.

The sentiment is peeking in through the little window created, this is a very simple card but deceivingly looks like a lot of effort.
