Stampin Up's "FREEZIN FUN" Bundle Card!

 Hello and Welcome,

Today's project is a super cute card created with the "Freezin Fun" bundle, it has so many cute images in this stamp set, and oh my the animals are adorable!

Not sure how well the sequins can be seen in the background, but it adds to the illusion of snow. The raccoon is also popped up to look like he is sledding down the snow bank!

The sponging of ink in the background looks like a flurry of snow. I am just loving colouring with the Stampin Blends, these alcohol markers are so easy to use, and look fantastic.

Stampin Up's "Ridiculously Awesome" Rainbow Sponging Card!

Hello and Welcome,

Today's card is a simple card creating a rainbow by sponging with ink.

The rainbow colour rays have been masked and sponged with the following inks Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and Gorgeous Grape.

I absolutely adore the sentiments in the "Ridiculously Awesome" stamp set, the sentiments are quite large and are ridiculously awesome!

Lets Get Blogging #6

Lets Get Blogging #6

Welcome to another round of Lets Get Blogging, if you have arrived from the talented Teresa Brown's blog or started here, thanks for visiting.

The theme  is" His and Her" cards, using the same sketch for both, changing colours, elements, sentiments to suit different genders.

I decided to make pretty much the same card twice, one for a boy and one for a girl. The sketch, and sponging of ink is the same, just changing out colours, and stamps.

The dragon image has been coloured with the Stampin Blends, and card matting has been sponged with So Saffron, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, and Real Red ink.

Mermaid image has also been coloured with Stampin Blends, card matting sponged with Soft Sky, Bermuda Bay, and Island Indigo. Water was flicked onto card with excess removed with a paper towel, this gives a realistic water look.

Glitter and Clear Epoxy shapes have been added ( a little hard to see in the photo, but in person gives it a great effect. I have also included the Bermuda Bay Shimmer Ribbon (that is a Free Product throughout Sale A Bration), to add a little sweet to the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I would love to hear your comments.

Next on the hop is the talented  Maria Willis.
