CASEing The Catalogue -- " Country Club Suite" Card!

Today I will be CASEing from the Stampin Up Mini Catalogue page 46, using the "Country Club Suite".

Although this card isn't a straight CASE. It is pretty close, and without looking closely, I don't think you would pick the changes up if not told. I love that with Stampin Up, we can mix and match items with what you have, and create such wonderful cards.

So what's different? I have used the "Brick and Mortar" Embossing folder, instead of the "Absolutely Argyle" Folder. Also as I don't own the "Clubhouse" stamp set, I have used the "A Good Man" stamp set. Well did you pick those things straight away???

Stampin Up's " A Good Man " Card

Hello and Welcome,

Today's card is a CASE card from the Stampin Up's Annual Catalogue on page 147. As soon as I saw this stamp set, I knew it was a MUST HAVE!!! I do struggle with Masculine cards, and this stamp set can be used for so many occasions.

With so many things to point out on this card, I first want your eyes to go to the distressed edges of the Brick and Mortar matting. This rough edge on bricks is so Masculine.

The water - coloured  image softens the card, but adding in the corked embellishment adds a little more man to the card, this then creates the card that is a mixture of soft and masculine.
