I made so many mistakes on this card, and I'm not completely happy with how it turned out, but I did get it done LOL. Not every card turns out how we plan it in our head, and that is ok.

Let me know what you would have done differently?

I hope that you have enjoyed today's project, and I have inspired you to create a card for this theme. I would love for you to share your card in the challenge post over on my business FB page..
If you would like to create this project yourself, you can purchase any supplies needed in my Online Store, I would love to spoil you as a customer and friend.

If you haven't signed up for my emails you can do so on the side of this blog.

Have a Wonderful Day!

Creating 3 Cards using Watercolouring!

Hello Friends,
It's Watercolouring Month and I wanted to create a few cards using a few watercoloring techniques.

VIEW VIDEO TUTORIAL HERE

Let's take a look at the cards we are creating!

This first card has been inked on an acrylic block, and sprayed with alcohol before stamping on fluid 100 water colour paper.

The second card I have used three colour inks to create a gradient wash, Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody & Crushed Curry. Adding droplets of water to lift a little colour and create a great look at the same time.

Card three and my favourite I have used three colours to create a background, that is both soft and pretty, inks used Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry and Pumpkin Pie.

I hope that you have enjoyed today's project, if you haven't signed up for my emails you can do so on the side of this blog.
If you would like to join in this weeks challenge, create your project, and put a photo of it over on my Facebook page, the challenge will be pinned to the top of the page. I can't wait to see what you create.

Have a Wonderful Day!

Stampin Up's " A Good Man " Card

Hello and Welcome,

Today's card is a CASE card from the Stampin Up's Annual Catalogue on page 147. As soon as I saw this stamp set, I knew it was a MUST HAVE!!! I do struggle with Masculine cards, and this stamp set can be used for so many occasions.

With so many things to point out on this card, I first want your eyes to go to the distressed edges of the Brick and Mortar matting. This rough edge on bricks is so Masculine.

The water - coloured  image softens the card, but adding in the corked embellishment adds a little more man to the card, this then creates the card that is a mixture of soft and masculine.

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit today, I would love to hear what you thought of the card.

I hope you come back soon for a little crafty inspiration!

Until Next Time!!
