Sunday's Facebook Challenge 13th June

Hello Friends,

Welcome to another Sunday Facebook Challenge, I hope you are all well and ready to join in a fun Colour Combo Challenge.

If you are new here, please take a minute to sign up for my regular emails, I love to share what I am up to, as well as what's going on in the Stampin Up World, and I share a FREE PDF Tutorial every month with you too.

This weeks colour combo is Rich Razzleberry, Mint Macaron and Soft Succulent, these are amazing colours together. I have blended the three colours in the background using the amazing Blending Brushes that Stampin Up now carry.

Adding an extra layer over the top with tinted (Mint Macaron) embossing paste, gives the card a really great texture, and also softens the Rich Razzleberry.

I hope this card has inspired you to create your own card using this colour combo, I would love to see what you create.

Have a Wonderful Day!

Stampin Up's Frosted Floral Suite Card

Hello and Welcome to CASEing the Catalogue #20. This weeks card inspiration is from page 36 of the Holiday Catalogue. Frosted Floral Suite is a very soft and pretty suite. Although the colours in the suite can be very dark, for instance, Blackberry Bliss, Merry Merlot, Mossy Meadow, Night Of Navy, Tranquil Tide and Soft Suede. The water colour style stamp really mute the colours down to be soft.

I chose this card because it looks like a simple card, although up close there is a lot going on.

With dry embossing, heat embossing, and adding embossing paste ( whoo, that's a lot of embossing )

I also can't go past flowers, and these are really beautiful, I think this set will be a high selling item, because although there is a Christmas sentiment, there is also two encouragement sentiments, making this set very versatile.

Using the Stampin Blends to add a little colour to the Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets, really sets this card off. And it is so nice to be able to change the colour of our embellishments to suit our cards.

Thank you for visiting today, feel free to leave me a comment, I would love to hear your thoughts, until next time!
