Let's Get Hopping #31 "My Happy Colour"

Hello and Welcome to May's "Let's Get Hopping" Blog Hop. If you are starting your journey here or you have arrived from my friend Nina McMillan's blog, I am so happy you are here, and I hope you enjoy today's card.

This months theme is "My Happy Colour" and sometimes my answer will change, depending on how I am feeling. But, Blueberry Bushel has been my favourite colour but as it's retiring, I want to introduce to to a few more colours that are coming out in the New Annual Catalogue.

Loving all of these colours!!! But I just can't go past "Magenta Madness". It is a very bright and fun colour, so let me show you my card!

Look at all that PINK!!! I have paired the In Color DSP, Magenta Madness Card, Shimmery White card, and 2020 - 2022 In Color Enamel Dots.

I have also used the returning Painted Labels and Poppy Moments Dies.

As the inks are yet to become available I have substituted my ink with Melon Mambo, which actually blends in very well  with Magenta Madness. With a little ink smooching and white embossing of splatters, it just breaks up the colour a little, and creates a nice little backdrop.

I hope you have enjoyed today's card, I am so excited to see what the Amazing Alicia Yap has in store for us.

Until Next Time,

Tracy x

Feminine Card Using Stampin Up's "Poppy Moments" Dies!

Hello and Welcome,
Today I am taking part in a video hop with the "Global Monthly Video Coallab Group" We are Stampin Up Demos from around the world, who get together every month to bring you a little inspiration.

This months theme is "Feminine". And I am so looking forward to seeing what everyone has created, to continue the hop, look for the links below!

You can't get more feminine than flowers, and I am so enjoying playing with the "Peaceful Poppies" Suite.

I had originally started with this card, but than worked out that Stampin Up no longer sell the Gold Metallic Thread, so changed it to the Silver.

These are both so BEAUTIFUL!!! And I love that these cards look so elegant, but use minimal supplies, and this card can be created for any occasion.
