Watercolour Wash Birthday Card - Poppy Parade Monochromatic Hop.

 

Hi Friends,

I am taking part in this weeks Monochromatic Instagram Hop, featuring Poppy Parade. I am super excited to join these amazing crafters to share and inspire you.

Each week the theme is Monochromatic but the colour changes. I have chosen to use a bundle called "Everyday Details" bundle to decorate, but the background is the treasure.

The background is created with Vellum, Stampin Blends & Alcohol. This technique can create such a soft or vibrant background depending on your choice. 

I used both Tahitian Tide combo blends, colouring the vellum & then spritzing the alcohol to create the cute bubbles. The vellum dries fast as it's alcohol.

Christmas Treat Box

Hello and Welcome, 

Today's project is a cute little Christmas box that measures 2 x 2 x 1 1/4". 
The perfect size for gifting jewellery, or a sweet treat.

The new Buffalo Check background stamp (pg 38) was my inspiration for this project, and I couldn't help myself by using the Sign's Of Santa Stamp Set, and Poppy Parade ribbon from the Santa's Workshop Suite (pg 18-19)

Although I put a Ferrero Rocher inside for the photo. I generally don't use chocolate in with gifts at Christmas time, it's too hot, and the chances of it melting and ruining my projects is too high, and not worth the risk.

Hello and Welcome to another CASEing the Catalogue, today's is a little different, instead of a card, I have chosen a project from the Cake Soiree stamp set on page 78 - 79.

This gorgeous Pillow Box makes perfect gift packaging, and measures roughly 5 x 3 x 1". Which makes it a perfect size for sweets, jewellery or even a gift card.

The tag has been decorated with the wonderful Cake Soiree stamp set and matching framelits Sweet Cake Thinlets.
