Ink and Inspiration June

Welcome to the Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop for June, this month's theme is "Focus On Tools", I am excited to show you what I have created, but I hope you are ready for lot's of great inspiration.

Whether you are starting here or hopped from another blog you are currently visiting Tracy Bish from Australia. I hope you enjoy my project.

This theme came at the perfect time, I had these scraps on my desk from a Tips and Tricks video about my favourite technique "Heat Embossing", so what a great way to use these to create a card.

  VIEW VIDEO TUTORIAL HERE

The video tutorial walks through the steps of Heat Embossing using the Heat Tool. This tool is versatile, it can dry your projects, heat emboss on delicate vellum and card.

Stampin Up carry a great range of Embossing Powders, White, Clear, Gold and Silver. Using the clear embossing powder also allows you to use any Stampin Up Classic ink to emboss in as well.

My card has pieces of vellum embossed with copper (no longer available but Gold would look great too), Whisper White card embossed with Old Olive Ink and Clear powder, Crumb Cake card embossed with copper, Basic Black card embossed with White Embosssing Powder.

I hope this card has given you some inspiration, please follow the blog hop by clicking on the links below.

Until Next Time,

Tracy x
